Orders
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order if you need to make a change or cancellation. We can only make changes or cancel orders before they have been processed for dispatch. Once your order has been dispatched, changes cannot be made.
How do I check my order status?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can use this to follow your order’s progress.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible. UK delivery times will be confirmed at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information by email.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. EYD ships internationally. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your exchange policy?
EYD operates an exchange-only policy. We do not offer refunds for unwanted items or changes of mind. Exchanges can be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned in their original condition with tags attached where applicable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Sizing
How do I find my size?
Please refer to our size guide on each product page before placing your order. We recommend checking your measurements against the size guide to find your best fit.
What if my item doesn't fit?
If your item doesn’t fit, you can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with tags attached where applicable. Please contact us before sending your item back so we can arrange the exchange.
Product Care
How should I care for my garment?
Always follow the care instructions provided with your garment. We recommend washing inside out on a cold or low-temperature cycle and allowing the garment to air dry where possible. Avoid using harsh detergents or bleach.
Will my item shrink or fade?
Our garments are designed to maintain their shape and colour when cared for correctly. Some natural shrinkage or colour variation may occur if garments are washed or dried at high temperatures. Following the recommended care instructions will help minimise this.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the payment methods available at checkout, including major debit and credit cards and other supported payment options displayed at checkout.
Is it safe to enter my payment details?
Yes. Payments are processed securely through our payment providers using encrypted technology. EYD does not store your full payment card details.
