Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch as quickly as possible. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

UK Shipping: £4.99 per order.

International Shipping: EYD ships internationally. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping method and courier. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout where available.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email where tracking is available.

Customs & Import Duties

International customers may be responsible for any customs charges, import duties or local taxes that may apply to their order. These charges are determined by the destination country and are outside of EYD’s control.

Returns & Exchanges

Exchange Policy

EYD operates an exchange-only policy for eligible unwanted items.

Items can be exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In their original condition
  • With original tags attached where applicable

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning an item for an exchange unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

All exchanges are subject to availability.

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, contact us at [YOUR EMAIL] within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Your name
  • The item you wish to exchange
  • The size/item you would like instead

We will provide instructions for returning the item.

Refunds

EYD does not offer voluntary refunds for unwanted items or changes of mind.

However, nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights. Where a refund or other remedy is required by law, including for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods, those rights will apply.

Non-Eligible Items

We cannot accept exchanges for items that have been:

  • Worn
  • Washed
  • Damaged through use
  • Altered
  • Returned without original tags where applicable
